Puku – “Don’t Call” (Video)

After creating a wave with his previous hit, “Think of You,” new Miami star Puku capitalizes on the 500,000 streams with a breakout follow-up, titled, “Don’t Call”. Directed by Khufu Najee, Puku confronts his demons and find light in the darkness to overcome his adversities. The visual is a clear window into the artist’s universe and is as moody as it is beautiful, reflecting inwards and facing his emotions.

“‘Don’t Call’ is a song about someone moving away from you, though you constantly tried to give them the energy, you seemed to get pushed away,” Puku says about the making of new song. “When I produced and wrote this song, I was at a point in my life where I felt distant from a lot of people that I truly believed in and genuinely tried to help grow, but I guess it wasn’t enough.”
