Sammy Sno, Samuel (EP) Review

570 Artist and Drum Work Music Group’s very own Sammy Sno recently dropped their latest EP, Samuel. Samuel explores the sounds of fast trap flow and choruses. This exclusive EP features an appearance by Dirty Jerz lyricist Joell Ortiz and 100 Kufis.

The intro, “Wishing Well,” begins with a slow, harmonizing, soothing flow, leading into “Always Forever,” which picks up the momentum with a fast-paced sound. This transitions into “SnoFall,” where Sammy takes the lead with a strong chorus and Joell Ortiz delivers a standout verse. “My Pace” then demonstrates, poetic low-fi harmonizing flow. The EP wraps up with “Hero,” which combines elements of fast-paced lyricism and a harmonizing chorus, featuring 100 Kufis.

The production behind Samuel is entirely by The Heat Makerz and is also co-executive produced by Joell Ortiz.

Review Score: 8/10
