M-Dot and Co-Defendants Bring Out Of Paris to Life With Big Twins [VISUAL]

M-Dot and Co-Defendants Bring Out Of Paris to Life With Big Twins

Boston emcee and producer M-Dot joins forces with fellow Co-Defendants Benefit and IAmProfit for a new visual accompanying their street anthem “Out Of Paris,” featuring legendary Infamous Mobb member Big Twins. Shot by PWeezy Visuals around the Paris Las Vegas area, the video uses one of the city's most recognizable settings as the backdrop for a record whose title carries an intentionally unexpected connection to its surroundings.

“Out Of Paris” brings together four voices from different corners of underground hip-hop, with M-Dot, Benefit, IAmProfit and Big Twins sharing the microphone over a production handled by M-Dot himself. Rather than simply serving as another rapper within the lineup, M-Dot takes responsibility for the entire musical foundation, constructing a dark and hard-hitting soundscape that gives the record its gritty character.

The production draws from the language of hip-hop's golden era without attempting to recreate it outright. M-Dot's approach combines haunting textures with the weight of traditional boom bap, creating enough atmosphere for the emcees to establish their individual presence while keeping the record firmly connected to the sound and attitude that shaped underground rap.

Benefit and IAmProfit add their own identities to the collaboration, while Big Twins brings the veteran presence associated with his work as a member of Infamous Mobb. His appearance gives “Out Of Paris” another connection to the New York underground tradition, creating a meeting point between artists whose careers have been built around lyricism, street perspective and an appreciation for hip-hop's foundational sound.

The Las Vegas setting adds another layer to the visual. PWeezy Visuals places the artists against the Paris Las Vegas backdrop, creating a contrast between the polished spectacle of the Strip and the darker atmosphere of the record. The location also gives the video's title an immediate visual reference, allowing the concept behind “Out Of Paris” to extend beyond the music itself.

The track originally appeared on the critically acclaimed Sky Reign EP, adding another chapter to M-Dot and the Co-Defendants' growing body of collaborative work. Its inclusion on that project established “Out Of Paris” within a larger musical context, while the new visual gives the song another opportunity to reach listeners through a distinctly cinematic presentation.

The collaboration is also looking ahead. “Out Of Paris” will be featured on the Co-Defendants' forthcoming project, Co-D's 4 Eva, which is currently in the works with an official release date still to be announced. The upcoming project continues the partnership between M-Dot, Benefit and IAmProfit while expanding the Co-Defendants identity beyond individual releases.

For M-Dot, the record demonstrates the range of his role within the group. He is not only contributing verses alongside Benefit, IAmProfit and Big Twins but also shaping the sonic environment in which those performances take place. That combination of emcee and producer allows him to influence both the lyrical and musical direction of the collaboration.

“Out Of Paris” ultimately brings together several elements that have remained central to underground hip-hop: veteran and emerging voices, hard production, lyrical presence and a visual built around a memorable location. With PWeezy Visuals behind the camera and M-Dot handling production, the release gives the Co-Defendants another opportunity to establish their identity while setting the stage for what comes next.

“Out Of Paris” is featured on M-Dot's Sky Reign EP and will also appear on the upcoming Co-Defendants project Co-D's 4 Eva, with the release date to be announced.
