Alleged Victim Threatens Violence Against Defendant Michael Taylor via TikTok; Public Defender Suppresses Evidence

Alleged victim in Case GA-1111-32 publicly issues terrorist threats of violence to defendant Michael Taylor and the general public of Glendale, California. The alleged victim insists that he has discretion in the charging decisions against defendant Michael Taylor. These photos were posted by the alleged victim himself from his own public TikTok account. The Los Angeles County Public Defender has suppressed this evidence and has persuaded the defendant not to file a police report in response to the threats made by the alleged victim who, according to video evidence, has criminal culpability while Taylor is charged exclusively.
