Prodigy's Last Interview

The untimely death of Mobb Deep rap idol Prodigy was one of the most unsettling losses hip-hop has taken yet, as his fans and hip-hop counterparts mourned the fall of one of Queens, New York's finest.

Perhaps more unsettling, however, might be one of P’s last interviews where he discusses harrowing details about his struggle with sickle cell anemia, which ultimately led to his demise, and possibly foreshadowing his own death.

The interview takes place on VICELAND’s The Therapist with Dr. Siri Sat Nam Singh, where Prodigy sits down to talk about topics like religion, his struggle with the fatal disease and the eeriest of his experiences seeing a black shadow walk across his room.
