NBA Youngboy Sued

NBA Youngboy has been staying out of trouble, but his past may be returning to haunt him. Reports surfaced noting the rapper is now facing a lawsuit from an incident that allegedly went down in 2019 at one of his shows.

It was reported that a woman named Cayden Rutherford is suing the NBA Youngboy after being allegedly thrown off stage at The Ambassador venue in St. Louis County. Rutherford got on stage during the rapper’s set, and it was noted that an unspecified person working the show threw the woman off the stage. The lawsuit claims Rutherford hit the concrete floor and a broken cable.

Rutherford allegedly suffered injuries to her back and neck, along with a concussion. As a result, the woman says she suffers physical pain affecting her daily movements.

According to STLToday, the lawsuit lays out a history of issues and fights between NBA Youngboy and the fans at his shows. Because of the history laid out in the suit, The Ambassador, Major Entertainment LLC, and a security company called Elite Security were named, with the suit saying they should have provided more supervision.
